Do you sell directly to the public?
No. Chichek is a wholesale-only business. We supply registered trade customers including retailers, architectural practices, specialist distributors, and contractors on significant projects.
How do I get pricing?
Trade pricing is available to registered trade accounts and is not published on the website. Get in touch via the contact page to open an account and receive a price list.
What are your minimum order quantities?
We typically supply in full pallet quantities. Minimum quantities vary by product. Contact us with your project requirements and we will confirm what is available.
Can I order products not shown on the website?
Yes. The website shows a selection of our range. We have access to a wider catalogue from our suppliers in Turkey and Europe. If you are looking for something specific, get in touch and we will source it or find the closest match.
Do you offer bespoke cutting or custom sizes?
Yes, we can arrange bespoke cuts and custom sizes for project requirements. Lead times for bespoke work are longer than for standard stock items. Contact us with your specifications.
Where is your stone sourced from?
Our products are sourced primarily from quarry operators and manufacturers in Turkey, with additional materials from other European producing regions. All materials undergo third-party verification to ensure consistent first-tier quality.
What are your lead times?
Stock items held in our Tadcaster warehouse can typically be dispatched within a few working days. Indent orders sourced from overseas suppliers carry longer lead times — usually several weeks from order confirmation. We provide estimated dates at order stage and communicate any changes promptly.
Can I collect from your warehouse?
Yes. Collection is available from our warehouse in Colton, Tadcaster (LS24 8EW). Please arrange a time in advance so we can have your order ready.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Sample tiles are available for most products and are provided to registered trade accounts. Visit the samples page to find out how to request them.
What payment terms do you offer?

Do you deliver outside the UK mainland?
Our standard delivery service covers the UK mainland. Scottish Highlands, islands, and Northern Ireland may incur additional charges or lead times. Contact us if your project is outside the mainland.
