Delivery & Lead Times
Natural stone is heavy, fragile, and high-value. We take packaging and logistics seriously to ensure material arrives on-site in the same condition it left our warehouse.
UK Mainland Delivery
All orders are dispatched on pallets via a specialist stone and tile freight carrier. Stone is strapped, edge-protected, and stretch-wrapped before leaving the warehouse.
- Kerbside pallet delivery to most UK mainland postcodes
- Tail-lift vehicles used as standard
- Pre-delivery notification provided
- Offloading on site is the responsibility of the receiving party
Scottish Highlands, islands, and Northern Ireland may incur additional freight charges or longer lead times. Contact us before placing an order if your site is in one of these areas.
Collection
Trade customers are welcome to collect from our warehouse in Colton, Tadcaster. Please arrange a collection time in advance so we can have your order ready.

Indent Orders
Products sourced directly from our suppliers in Turkey and Europe carry longer lead times. Typical transit and customs clearance adds several weeks from order confirmation. We provide estimated arrival dates at time of order and keep you updated throughout.
Lead times are estimates and can be affected by port congestion, customs clearance, and carrier capacity. We will always communicate delays promptly.
